Exemplary Warlord

"He is the finest general you'll ever know.  He doesn't make the plans and hide in the back lines shouting orders; he's right up there in the front lines, fighting alongside you.  Just watching him in action is enough to get your own blood boiling and your spirits high."

Probably the best way to learn something new is to learn from example.  Learning all the rules and tricks by yourself can be challenging, but when you see someone else in action, it all starts falling into place.  Warfare is one such category.

Many leaders of war are great strategists, inspiring speakers, wise guides, or adaptable commanders.  However, some just lead by being a perfect example of how to fight.  When a warrior sees his ally next to him, fighting off the enemy with great skill, it will unfailingly send a jolt of energy through him or her.  When a battle plan is unfailing, what could be better?

NEW CLASS FEATURE

COMMANDING PRESENCE
When you choose your Commanding Presence option, you can choose Exemplary Presence instead of another option.

Exemplary Presence: When an ally who can see you spends an action point to make an extra attack, the ally gainst a bonus to the damage roll against the first target of the attack equal to your level + your Constitution modifier.

SUGGESTED OPTIONS

Strength should be your highest ability score, followed by Constitution.  Being tough lets you survive against immense odds, and doing so is very encouraging to those on your side.  Wisdom or Charisma is a good choice for a tertiary score, but Dexterity and Intelligence can also be useful.  If you pick the Battlefront Leader feature, you'll have higher AC and Reflex, so you can stand in the front lines longer.  You should wear the best armor and shield you can, with a one-handed weapon in your remaining hand.  Your powers work best when fighting the same monster as another ally in melee.  Your secondary role is defender.
